Natasha Banjo

Natasha qualified as a solicitor in 2007 and has spent the majority of her career within the field of civil litigation specialising in personal injury and clinical negligence work. For the last 10 years she has been a Partner of a firm and has headed up teams specialising in the above areas of law. She has a passion for ensuring that those who are victims of negligence receive the compensation that they deserve.

Natasha has vast experience in the area of civil litigation and after gaining a distinction in the Legal Practice Course went on to train at a niche law firm in Cheshire where she obtained invaluable experience shadowing a Senior Partner and working on her own case load including the notable Court of Appeal case of Casey v Cartwright which changed the personal injury field in terms of how low value impact cases are dealt with, leading her to begin her career as a Solicitor.

Natasha soon advanced to the field of management of a team of Solicitors whilst looking after her own high value and complex case load and thereafter became a Partner, further developing her skillset and gaining a vast array of experience in the field of clinical negligence. Natasha has a reputation for not only working to the best of her ability using the vast amount of legal knowledge and know how she has learnt during her career, but also of sympathising with clients’ situations and wanting to do her absolute best to ensure that they receive the maximum level of compensation to which they are entitled. She deals with not only personal injury and clinical negligence work but has developed more recently a particular specialism with regard to issues surrounding the financial mis-selling of products. Her philosophy is quite simply that no matter what the value of the claim, each client deserves the same level of expertise and attention to detail. Natasha in view of this philosophy deals not only with very high value and complex matters, which have claim values of over £1,000,000.00 but will also happily deal with claims of a much lower value ensuring that all her clients get the very best service from an experienced qualified Solicitor.
