James Winfield

James has been practicing as a solicitor since 2006 and has extensive experience and knowledge in the areas of Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trusts, inheritance tax advice, Deputyship applications, Enduring Power of Attorney registrations, probates and intestacies.

He is a full member of the Society of Trusts and Estates Practitioners (STEP) and of Solicitors for the Elderly (SFE).

He works out of both our Ewell office in Surrey, our Crawley office in West Sussex and also his office in Hampshire so covers a large geographical area.
