Kuldeep Clair

Kuldeep Clair is a solicitor (regulated by the SRA) with 20 years’ experience since qualification.

He has worked in various areas of contentious law in his legal career, including the pursuit and defence of civil proceedings, whether they be money claims or more complex and interesting cases.

In the last decade, Kuldeep has developed his expertise particularly in employment law, and has advised both hundreds of employee-claimants, and employers on difficult and potentially costly employment disputes. These have spanned the full breadth of employment law; there is virtually nothing that he will not deal with in this area.

The breadth and sheer variety of Kuldeep’s experience is a major asset; he has worked as Head of Employment with a London solicitors’ firm previously, and has also worked in the public sector, advising two local authorities – each employing many thousand employees. He believes that experience advising on ‘both sides of the fence’ gives an invaluable perspective on legal disputes. He can advise you whether you are an employee, or maybe an SME that needs business advice relating to employment issues.

Finally, Kuldeep is an accomplished advocate, and regularly sees cases through to conclusion by dealing personally with the advocacy of the case in the employment tribunal. Advocacy is a skill that he developed from early in his career when he worked as a criminal lawyer.
