Edwina Harkin

I am a director, solicitor and Head of the Family Department at Paul Crowley & Co Solicitors. I joined the firm in January 2016 and took on the role of Head of Department in December 2018.
We deal with all areas of family law within our department but I deal mainly with children issues representing parents and children.

My expertise include;
 
Applications for Child Arrangement Orders, Prohibited Steps Orders,
Specific Issue Orders and Non-Molestation Orders

Care Proceedings – representing Parents, Grandparents and Children
 
I conduct my own advocacy, representing client’s in complex family matters both in and out of court. For many client’s it can be the most distressing time of their lives and I feel that it is important to ensure that my client’s have continuity with representation throughout.
