Christian Browne

Chris specialises in corporate, commercial and intellectual property law and is based in our Leicester and Market Harborough office. He advises on mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures, private equity and investments and regularly advises on international transactions. Chris also advises on commercial disputes including director and shareholder disputes, contractual disputes and intellectual property infringement actions. He also has expertise in dealing with building and construction disputes.
