Giselle BROWN

Giselle Brown is the founder of GDB Legal, a boutique immigration firm providing personalised service at an affordable price. The firm specialises in helping individuals and families, as well as corporations, obtain UK visas and permits.
With 17 years of experience in complex immigration matters, Giselle advises high-net-worth individuals, celebrities, families, and businesses on all aspects of UK immigration law. Her expertise encompasses solutions under all tiers of the points-based system, applications under the immigration rules, European Economic Area regulations, and British nationality law. GDB Legal offers comprehensive support, managing each case from initial consultation through final authorisation. Throughout the process, the firm serves as the client’s primary point of contact.
Prior to founding GDB Legal, Giselle worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers Immigration Law LLP (PwC), specialising in Canadian, US, and global immigration. At PwC, she advised small to medium-sized enterprises and multinational corporations on corporate immigration matters, including strategic planning, employee transfers, and sponsor licence management. Earlier in her career, she gained experience in contract law and civil litigation at top 20 law firms.
Giselle holds a Bachelor’s Degree in business studies and law from Middlesex University in London. GDB Legal is regulated by the Immigration Advice Authority (IAA).
