Responsible for a caseload of circa 60 – 70, I am currently placed within the specialist New Build team at The Partnership Solicitors.

I am based in our Guildford office and in my time here I have built strong relations with estate agents and agencies alike, which I believe allows transactions to run more smoothly for my clients.

My expertise involves freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, New Build purchases, Transfers of Part, Remortgages, Transfers of Equity, Deeds of Variation, Declarations of Trust etc.
