I am an experienced litigation solicitor, specialising in property litigation and tenancy disputes. In addition I am an accredited mental health lawyer representing clients at tribunal hearings to contest their detention under section, and also representing clients in the Court of Protection.
Whilst I am happy to attend Court on behalf of my Clients I am strong believer in Alternative Dispute Resolution and mediation, as a means of achieving a quicker resolution and saving parties unnecessary expense. I have recently qualified as an accredited mediator.
