I have practised for over 30 years as a litigator, primarily in all aspects of civil litigation (as well as family law) but I have also conducted criminal defence work and I was a local authority prosecution solicitor for 2 years.
For the last 10 years my caseload has been almost exclusively clinical negligence on behalf of claimants and I have handled a significant amount of both complex and high value claims.
