Ian Winrow is an experienced solicitor with 11 years of legal practice, specializing in employment law, family law, immigration, litigation, and financial services. With a strong academic background, including a first-class law degree from Bangor University, Ian combines legal expertise with a practical, client-focused approach.

With 15 years of experience in employment law, Ian regularly represents both employees and employers before the Employment Tribunal, handling cases of unfair dismissal, workplace discrimination, wrongful termination, workplace harassment, redundancy, and employment litigation. His in-depth understanding of employment disputes allows him to provide strategic advice and strong representation.

As a Higher Court Advocate (Civil), Ian is qualified to appear in all civil courts across England and Wales, eliminating the need to instruct a barrister for higher court proceedings. His litigation expertise extends to civil claims, debt recovery, personal injury, and property disputes.
