With a solid legal background in excess of 25 years and currently operating nationwide as a Business Consultant to UK enterprises, I am involved in business and commercial law, reviewing and assisting on third party contracts and bespoke T&C’s, reviewing, assessing and drafting agreements and supporting businesses in the negotiation of a range of transactions and disputes.

I am an accredited Civil and Commercial Mediator who is available for mediations (ADR) across the UK and overseas. I have a relaxed yet engaging approach to mediation, and able to think and question parties in a creative manner. I brings over 25 years experience of the commercial world with me as a Mediator and this provides both a pragmatic and synergistic approach to the mediation process.
