Parminder KUMARI

Apex Family Law was set up by Parminder Kumari. She has specialised in family law since qualification in 2004.

Parminder is a Resolution accredited specialist. Resolution is a group of professionals that believe in a non confrontational approach to the resolution of family disputes, putting the needs of the family and in particular the best wishes of the children first. She has accreditation in dealing with the financial aspects on separation and disputes relating to children.

Parminder has extensive experience in dealing with domestic violence issues and is also fluent in Punjabi and so is able to explain legal terms clearly to those who may not be fluent in English.

Parminder is also a qualified trained family mediator. She is able to offer this service in Punjabi if required.
