Nilu Bhatti

I joined Rowberrys in 1999 as a Partner and have many years’ experience in all areas of law, but with particular focus on Family Law. I also handle other work for Rowberrys’ clients, including Personal Injury claims, Contract and Civil Litigation. I am also a trained Mediator. Whatever the nature of the work I take on, my approach is the same, I always adopt a friendly, personal approach, whilst applying my experience and dedication to secure successful results for my clients.I have been qualified for over 25 years, having trained with a large firm in Ashford, Middlesex. She joined Rowberrys as a Partner in 1999, having previously worked in Maidenhead and Sunningdale.

I head up the Matrimonial and Litigation Departments. My specialist field is Family Law. I am also a Collaborative Lawyer and a member of Resolution. Although tenacious in my approach, I am receptive to the client’s needs and achieves a right balance. I also appreciate the time sensitivity of these matters, particularly when there are children involved.

I am also a Mediator, having trained with Resolution. When mediating, I am fully committed to ensuring that an amicable resolution is achieved in a timely fashion. I recognise the importance of assisting couples in making decisions, both for themselves and their children, and further endeavours to ensure that both parties are content with the agreement reached.

Outside the office, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, eating out and travelling. Most particularly, I enjoy much needed time at the gym.
