Kathryn Rhodes

I joined Rowberrys in 2008 having qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer, otherwise known as a Specialist Property Lawyer, in 2004 and deal in all aspects of residential conveyancing including sales, purchases, transfers and re-mortgages of residential property.

I have worked in excess of 20 years within private practice in Berkshire, Hampshire and Surrey and have extensive experience of dealing with freehold and leasehold transactions and advising on restrictive covenants, easements, rights of way, possessory titles, plot sales and new builds. I originally come from the north east of England and enjoy nothing more than supporting my favourite football team!

I believe a proactive approach is of paramount importance and refuse to play the ‘waiting game’.
