James qualified as a solicitor in 2013 and specialises in civil litigation, employment, crime and extradition. James has higher rights of audience in criminal courts which allows him to represent clients in the Crown Court and all Criminal Appeal Courts. He has a great deal of experience with dealing with all issues regarding employment. This is from drafting and advising on contracts and other documents, through to claims in the Employment Tribunal. James advises on numerous areas of civil litigation which includes debt recovery, injunctions and actions against the police and other public bodies. James is able to attend to act for clients for most matters that reach the County Court. In terms of his criminal practice, he is known in particular as very experienced police station representative. He has conducted litigation and has acted at police station or courts on the full spectrum of criminal offences. This includes murder; terrorism; serious sexual offences and large-scale fraud.
