I am an Immigration Law Specialist with extensive experience in dealing with a wide variety of Human Rights Issues, including Asylum, Points Based System, Deportation/Removals, Admin Reviews as well as all levels of Appeals and Judicial Reviews. I am the director of my own firm and alongside this responsibility; I have the role of principle supervisor of the immigration department.

I am trained and well equipped with the knowledge and skills to represent my clients in successfully challenging matters such as unlawful detention or removal from the UK. I have the expertise to deal with complex Immigration Bail applications to the Secretary of State as well as Immigration Bail applications before the First Tier Tribunal (Bail 401). I have the required skills and experience to assist clients in challenging their detention/ removal from the UK by way of Judicial Review at the Upper Tribunal or High Court.

My day to day work includes dealing with a variety of applications and appeals such as EEA applications (including applications for family and extended family members, retained rights, the ‘Surinder Singh’ route and more recently after BREXIT, Settled and Pre Settlement applications).

I ensure I keep abreast with all the recent changes in the immigration rules to enable me to effectively prepare successful applications such as those under the Point Based System, Tier 1, Investor / Entrepreneur applications, Tier 2 (Work Permit) Tier 4, Tier 5 applications and Sponsorship License applications for businesses. I also have the experience to dealing with Innovator – Start-up Worker, Tier 1 (Exceptional Talent) and Global Talent applications.
