Merlin Batchelor

Merlin is a solicitor advocate, notary public and managing director at Notary Express where he specialises in conveyancing and probate. He has handled a range of matters from simple house sales and purchases and wills, to complex lease purchase option deals and probate with assets overseas. Some of his clients have included members of the House of Lords, foreign princes and international pop stars.

His available hours are from 8am to 10pm seven days a week and so he always makes time for his clients so you can rest assured he will always be actively helping with your case. After surgery under general anaesthetic in 2018 for a morning procedure he was back at work that same afternoon.

In his spare time, he does charity work, for example he raises about £300,000 each year for charities during October Free Wills Month. Outside of work he enjoys spending time with his children and swimming.
