Christopher Taylor

Christopher has over 18 years of experience and expertise in helping people move home. He deals with residential sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and more complex property matters such as easements and rectification of title.

Since qualifying as a Solicitor in 2004 Christopher has also acted in matters relating to commercial property including sales and purchases, refinance and commercial leases

Christopher also has expertise in commercial law, advising clients on business incorporation, terms of business, partnership agreements and shareholder agreements

Christopher spends most of his time in acting for clients in selling and buying their properties and dealing with their commercial leases. Outside of the office Christopher is a trustee of Icknield Trust. This local charity provides accommodation for young people aged 16 to 20 with severe learning difficulties, where they can develop the skills, confidence and self-esteem they need to live independently.
