Gemma Stevens

I qualified as a Solicitor in 2007 having completed my Law degree at Plymouth University and the Legal Practice course at Exeter University.

Practicing in the South West since qualification, I deal with all aspects of family law, including divorce and financial matters, disputes regarding children and domestic abuse matters and advising non-married couples who choose to separate.

I am a member of Resolution, a community of family legal professionals focussed on assisting people to resolve disputes in a constructive, non-confrontational way.

I am an accredited specialist in the areas of children and domestic abuse, showing that I have demonstrated expert knowledge in these areas.
